That's exactly what I was thinking. That poor Border Collie ran too much. Look at him panting. He could probably have a heart attack, especially in heat. You can run a horse on a paved road there???? With dogs??? No traffic?? I saw 1 car. Maybe he owns a lot of the property. Cute friends though. They're buds until bath time started for the horse. Dog wanted no part of that, or the carrot!!!!

I worked with horses, please do not make a run on concrete ground... it's not good for his front, especially the right fetlock - he's obviously lame. Best run on grass or softer ground.

@@fancydarlin1 yes that's what spa treatment is as part of recovery but the owner still makes this poor horse continue to gallop on a concrete surface...

Ich glaube er möchte das Pferd hüten. Er ist ein Hütehund. Der Besitzer muß ihm vermitteln, daß er das Pferd nicht hüten soll. Dann wird Ruhe sein.

You shouldn’t canter a shod horse on concrete or tarmac, it’s a slipping hazard and the impact that occurs will seriously damage the feet and legs.

That's what I thought, too....and with dogs. What about traffic,? We have a horse racing place up the street and they use the dirt track. They have a small one in the video, but the horse just runs in circles. Must get dizzy.

@@ekim4363 When the horse was being bathed they lifted up his hoof, no shoes. Also, horses shouldn't be run on pavement at all.

@@heatherlennox3695 The horse is well taken care of and not being whipped when it is being ridden. Amazing so many can know so much from a short video. If this horse was being abused, we’d all have issues with that, myself included.
