I have a feeling that she was abandoned ,at that place , in a car. She was waiting for her human/s. Problem with Chow chows is that they like quiet life and are not a good fit for family with small kids. They make very good companions for adults. But because they look so cute, people mistakenly buy them for kids. I can’t stress this enough, pls read about the breed you intend to get, understand their temperament, their needs, the climate they are more suited to.

@@scottbrower9052 Yes,. And not just me, nobody here has any idea why the dog was abandoned. I just mentioned a common scenario for this breed being abandoned. Having dealt with a lot of abandoned dogs, some scenarios are common with certain breeds. I just mentioned a possibility in the hope of preventing such situations.

Would have liked the end to be a complete outcome with a family to take her in but at least she is being cared for by the vets at the moment and by the looks of it the locals are very aware of her plight and one is likely to want to take her - maybe the bus driver. Who knows. All the best to her.
