During the day it might look like she doesn't care. That's what the video is. The title is misleading. If you took some of those daytime clips, someone who didn't know anything might think she doesn't care. She's not looking after them 24/7, and leaves the care to the humans. One might think that she doesn't care. Like I said, misleading title. I'd say it's even clickbait but whatever. It draws people in with that initial assumption, but then goes "ah, but actually..."

The mother is probably tired, sick, or in some other way unable to care for her pups. It’s not about her “heart.” It’s about her survival.

Featured Pitbull that makes no sense because in the end both mother and father were in the cage with the puppies with no signs of aggression from the mother. Not only that but they are inside the cage trapped. So if one needed to get distance that wasn't gonna happen unless they open the door.

@@xara5417 I think that the mother was stray and father was a pet. If the owner opened the chain of the father he would never come back and be with the mother. Noone wants to loose a pet dog... I don't think aggression has anything to do with it. U see if the father was set free he will be gone with the mother *forever*

Some animals are inexperienced at taking care of their children So you have to help them understand how to care for them If they just can’t and don’t want to after many attempts then you should probably take care of them It can be sad but it’s like if you had a child as a teen, You wouldn’t know how to care for it

It's not she doesn't care, just like humans, dogs may be experiencing the same thing like Post partum depression. Maybe her energy levels may be low, she needs to be checked out by an experienced vet.

No, the mother knows they are being taken care of, she thinks its best for them to be in good hands, then her having to find stuff for them. She's doing what's best if she didn't think she could do that herself.

A lot of times when female dogs are forced to breed or know what will happen to their puppies being sold to stranger, or don't have a safe clean environment, she won't care for the puppies. Or even if the mother is just shy, she'll only do it at night.

The male dog didn't need to be ''fixed'' if there was no health risks or risking him getting a dog pregnant. The mother dog was a stray, most likely she was in heat, found their male dog and mated with him. Not that guy's fault for not having his male dog ''fixed'' if there was no need, he couldn't see a random female stray coming onto his property to breed in the future. How about giving him some credit for being an amazing owner, not only did he take care of the stray's puppies, he eventually took her in and took care of her aswell.
