Два варианта такого поведения пса: 1) нервное расстройство и стресс связанный с новым местом для собаки, новым хозяином и тд; 2) могут быть парашюты вызывающие зуд и боль. Но скорее и чаще это происходит из-за стресса у собаки, пёс зацикливается на одном монотонном действии, как вращение по кругу, укусы и продолжает это делать при нервных срывах. Может это конечно и из-за короткой цепи, но сомневаюсь, скорее из-за того что дедушка(как я понял из видео) год назад забрал его у кого-то, а это очень сильный стресс для собаки

Дедушка с бабушкой прожили долгую жизнь и не знали, что собачки любят волю и их надо выгуливать.

Older people in Korea don't understand dogs need long walks and need to move freely they have instinct to run you can't just build a doghouse outside next to there house and chain those dogs in for years... Huge psychological impact, not many knowledgeable dog owners in the older Korean community and most of them only buy dogs for companionship since most of them are lonely & live alone but only do the basics like feeding the dog and nothing else.. . People at this mans age who can't exercise the dog bcuz there not fit enough to do it and go on long walks to make the dog tired and mentally stable shouldn't own dogs

И в Китае.там совсем недавно да и в Корее выращивали собак на мясо.Я видела в 1991 году около ресторанов в СуэйФеньхэ - ближайший приграничный город- на короткой привязи на улице у ресторанов держали собак.дкшевое мясо.

tying up dogs was the norm in EVERY country till the last 30-50 yrs. Dogs were raised outside throughout most of our co-existence with the dogs. NOT tying up the dog is a recent phenomenon. Older pple in different parts of the world will tie up their dogs. it's what they know. they dont judge u for not tying up ur dog. let's not judge them for doing what they think is right. what's important is that dog education is spreading through out the world. - even in remote parts of the world. and soon, not tying up the dogs will be the new norm. let's spread love and understanding rather than judgement and condemnation for doing things differently than we do.
