stray cat very similar to this one (except with gray spot on top of head) started eating at my house when she was pregnant. Tried to feed her as well as I could, she once ate seven pouches of cat food - didnt really go for dry food. The night after having her kittens she appears at the door with a newborn, so we adopted her. She was young and really skinny back then. After feeding her 5 kittens she was exhausted and didnt have energy for anything else. She was spayed once the last of the kittens left. Fast forward a year, the mother cat is healthy, playful and strong. Kittens grew up healthy too, they were all adopted. And now mother cat owns a home and lets us live here.

I own a white cat and she is also extremely fussy about her food, it drives me nuts!! She is quite skinny but if she was starving she would eat whatever was put in front of her!!

They will not eat if they don’t like it. I know because one of my cats used to be extremely fussy with treats and soft food. He would not eat any of the soft food for 10 long years. Then all of a sudden now he eats everything even pasta. And doughnuts believe if or not Our one cat really loves doughnuts and pasta. Anything you put in front of him he’ll eat it. I do remember when he was young mon wouldn’t give him anything for 2-3 days he’d still wouldn’t eat it. No treats no vet soft food. Only the healthy food from the pet store for 2-3 days She said cats do starve if they don’t like the stuff their given.

Not Noodles though he decided to eat everything. Anything you put in the counter he’d eat it have to be sooo careful now because he’ll eat everything you put on the table or counter. Things you don’t want him to eat he’ll try to get it. So yeah

I know what you mean though about strays their do eat everything. I think dogs and cats do eat most things because they are just sooo happy to be fed food they normally do not care what it is. We got our cats from a lady who had 100s if cats in her house and 2 of her cats had kittens so we took both Noodles and his hack brother

The problem with cats like these. They have to be rescued and neutered. If not neutered. They keep producing and endanger their health. Everyone should offer a program. Where owners/strays can get neutered for free. It's important for so many reasons.

Hi my friend, this white lady is missing her babies, I think.. She doesn't want to eat.. Her meowing is talking for her.. She is crying... You have done everything for her, like the vet. Cats need wet food. People don't realize cats are made for wet eating, they were carnivores. Giving only dry kibble damages their kidneys and isn't pleasant to eat. I even knew at 12. I would add a bit of water to the cat's kibble to help her kidneys. I wanted her to be healthy and happy.
