LOL when i adopted my kittens my dog actually raised them. people are shocked at how friendly our now adult cats are, they even lick our faces exactly like dogs. it’s kinda awesome and proves cats don’t always just love you for food, they just need good role models.

This really isn't a good situation. Obviously it is 5 months old and everything is all over. But what is going on here is casting. Queen thinks she is the alpha female of the pride and all kittens belong to her whether she birthed them or not. It is very common for an alpha female to take the young from another mother and if the other mother resists, she can be badly beaten, run off and ejected from the pride or even killed. Barn cats will also do this but not control mothering but to defend the kittens from rouge Toms that want to kill the kittens to bring the mother back into heat. it is a feline thing and the owners should have kept the two females apart until the kittens were weaned.

She should not be forced to share this once in a life time precious moments with her young kittens. The kittens will , too, inherit the blue print of their mother and the alien trait of their aggressive “part time pretend mother”. Hope the precious kittens grow up to be as adorable as their real mother and not the aggressive intruder.

Звали друг друга перед родами. Меня всегда дожидались с работы, терпели весь день, а как только я приходил, тут же начинали рожать. Иногда рядом со мной, прямо на диване. Сидел в компьютере, пил чай и "принимал роды :)))".

I remember my mother telling me when she was young, they had 2 mama cats have kittens a day apart. The cats names were Mama Purr and Boots. They both had 4 kittens. Well, Mama Purr wasn't having it, so she stole one of Boots kittens. Boots would take it back. This went in for a few days, until Boots gave in and let Mama Purr raise her kitten. Mama Purr just wanted to have the most babies.
