Deep in the mountains, a strange 6M deep pit... there, a water deer is trapped. A man who ran into this water deer feels guilty as the water deer fell into the pit trying to run away being startled upon seeing a human. Ever since then, he's been hiking twice a day to feed this pitiful fella for a month

What a lovely man the informant is, to assume responsibility for the water deer and to feed and water it every day until it was rescued. Taking that responsibility after he accidentally startled the water deer and it fell into the pit in its attempt to escape was a wonderful thing to do. He has my respect, as do all that were involved in this rescue.

The well must be closed or covered, otherwise many animals will continue to fall and die there. This deer was lucky because this human angel found him and brought a team of professionals to save him. God bless you all.

Was thinking the same. The fence can keep larger animals, but raccons and other small animals can still go thorugh the fence :(

Animals could still jump over the net then fall into the pit. Limbs (3) long limbs should've been placed over the pit then wire mesh attached to the limbs so no animal accidently falls into the pit. Deer are nocturnal and jumping fences are a common occurrence. Thank you for rescuing the deer though.

Shld press the authorities to do something before the next victim fall into the deep hole, e.g. cover the top opening with wired mess to prevent the creatures from falling into it.

It's up a mountain. Getting gravel to the site would be difficult. And it would take alot to fill that space.
