It's nice to see him understanding that she loves him and isn't going to send him away. Once she has more confidence Jindo is not going to bite her she will move everything closer and closer. I do wish that they had it enclosure where they could run around it seems they have enough property and would be able to make a fence they could not or would not jump.

Jindol is a wonderful white Jindo dog. Very loving of his mom. He had bad memories of his previous owner. Also, it’s funny to see comments from people who know everything from a short video. Didn’t know that everyone made a trip to rural South Korea and saw Jindol and his guardian and really how this dog is treated. Jindol is treated well and loving by his guardian.

Poor Jindo is one smart doggy & bad memory from his past makes him provokes his owner at mealtime..this shows we should have compassion towards animals ..never show hatred towards them, hope he will live happily from now on:))

Poor dog is actually a really good dog it just have bad memories from a bad experience. Dogs are smart they know who cares and who abuses. The lady seems so nice and the dog is lucky to have a caring owner. professor is the best.

The dog was probably punished by having food taken away by the daughter in law or their parents. So when the food would come out he had to “scare” them away just so he could eat. Poor puppers.

wish they wouldn't' chain them but we don't know the circumstances. Ie busy highway nearby or dog theft. I live in BC Canada and right now we have a huge problem with dog thefts to use the dogs as bait in dog fighting rings.

Probably ONLY saw previous woman during feeding and she mistreated him when she saw him, so he thinks mealtime + woman = bad.

Yes, that is what I was going to comment on. I was attacked as a child by a german shepard on a chain. He lived that way all its life in a back yard. Never even saw them even pet him. Always barking and angry. I loved animals and so I believed if I slowly approached it in a friendly manner it would calm down and be my friend. Nope. I got a nice bite on the bum for my troubles as I ran away.

Sometimes having the dog in the house may create a disaster. Why? They shed, imagine you are visit you cousin who has a dog, the dog hair is in the couch and the carpet smells like dog. Gross, right? If not trained, they pee and poop everywhere. This one self-explains If left alone too much time, it can damage things. Say goodbye to the couch, your shoes and your sockets! It may not like strangers. The dog will attack everyone who hasn't meet yet, not good for first time visitors.

That chain is a too short. If you keep a dog tied up, at least give him more leeway to walk around the yard. Just keeping him tied up to where he can only walk around his own dog house isn’t enough. Especially for a big dog like a Jindo.

Why the owner still chained him ? If you treat dogs with love his loyalty never run away from you you don’t buyouts Chain him unless Goya few hours of you go away or you need to walk him or take him to the vet . At home he should have his freedom stay away from chains this is the way to raise them in Asia when people don’t appreciate to talk with their best friends due to lack of knowledge and emotions towards animals

Why do people chain dogs. If you treat them properly they will not get so vicious.I have had dogs as long as I can remember never had problems. My dogs were never chained. Chaining animals is cruel.

This is South Korea, not a country in the West. There are laws to chain dogs in rural South Korea, if you don’t like it, tough. Chains are used to protect the dog and didn’t realize that everyone went to see this dog in rural South Korea and see how he is being card for by his guardian.
